Do not do business with Dakota Haddad or Mercedes Benz of Sudbury. They are dishonest. In February of 2025 I ordered a new Mercedes CLE 300 Cabriolet in good faith. All the options were verified. The color of the vehicle and soft top were to be black. After waiting 6 months for delivery, I was finally told to inspect the vehicle for delivery on July 29th. Without letting me know in advance, I came upon the vehicle with a red top. The vehicle is a complete joke. In my opinion, Dakota Haddad and the management of Mercedes Benz in Sudbury were aware of the change in color of the soft top and chose not to inform me, hoping and praying that I would be stupid enough to pay 75k for this xxx clown car. Not happening. Stay away from Dakota Haddad and Mercedes Benz of Sudbury! More

I don't usually write positive reviews for car buying experiences because most often, they are unpleasant and frustrating. I just bought/leased a Mercedes Benz GLC 350e, plug in hybrid from Sudbury Merc experiences because most often, they are unpleasant and frustrating. I just bought/leased a Mercedes Benz GLC 350e, plug in hybrid from Sudbury Mercedes and I had a very positive experience. My salesperson, Franciso Robledo was amazing. He was friendly, funny, open and just a pleasure to deal with. He esponds quickly to questions after sale and will follow up if he doesn't have the answer at the time.. The dealership's tech advisor, Jonny Pham, is also incredibly helpful in teaching you about the details of how the car's many electronic gadgets work. He gave me a phone number to text additional questions after our two hour tutorial and he has been responsive with my follow up questions. I wasn't too happy about the finance guy's attempt to sell me a host of extras after the sale, but I think that is his function and I understood. I just said no to everything. All in all, it was a great experience, a fair price (there was bargaining but that is to be expected) and I love this car. More
