Mercedes purchased new from Mercedes of Stockton fourteen years ago. It has been serviced exclusively by them. The service department performed the 180,000 mile service on last visit. We were also told that our vehicle came with a cargo screen which we still have not received. We love our car but are disappointed with the follow through. More
