From start to finish, purchasing my car from Mercedes Benz (St. Clair Shores) was a very exciting and professional experience. Upon arrival of picking up my car, I was greeted with 1 dozen of red rose Benz (St. Clair Shores) was a very exciting and professional experience. Upon arrival of picking up my car, I was greeted with 1 dozen of red roses, my car was covered in a red velvet draping for the "BIG Reveal", all while on a red carpet. The staff and my sales associate "Dewey Sims" were all very friendly. Dewey took the time to demonstrate how to operate all of the electronic devices, gave me a tour of the facility, explained how to manage my finance account, payment options, etc. He even took the time to preset my favorite radio channels!! Bought an SL550 from Mercedes Benz of St Clair Shores having seen it advertised on Auto Trader. Since I was out of state and was not going to be able to view the car before purchase I was nervous.
