Excellent experience. I visited Tommy Ballard at Mercedes of South Charlotte in early May when I first began shopping for a Mercedes. I initially looked at and drove the GLK 350 and C250, the two vehicles I was considering. After doing research on my own and returning to the dealership a week later to drive another car, I knew that I wanted a C300. The dealership did not have a C300 in stock with the options and colors I wanted at that time, but Tommy took down my information and promised that he would follow up with me if a car with my specs became available. Four weeks later, Tommy emailed me with the news that the perfect car for me would be arriving the following week. When the car came in--a silver C300-- I came in, drove it, and bought it that night. I couldn't be happier with my new car or with my car buying experience. Not only would I recommend Mercedes South Charlotte and Tommy Ballard specifically, but I plan to return to see Tommy when its time for a new car. More

Distronics System At my age,59, and with neck and shoulder problems, the "distronic driving system" is the best thing since sliced white bread. Once proficient it's like having an auto with autopilot. I know because I've owned and airplane with an autopilot before. "Set and forget it", just like the commercial. Driving from NY to NC was easy. Didn't feel tired afterwards AND braked probably lest than ten time on a 600 mile trip home to NC. Mercedes-Benz has done a great job developing the system. Unlike a recent Cadillac rented, MB products are superior. Love the E350 with distronics. Thanks David Rodriguez!! More
