Service adviser Steven Bott never picked up my phone calls. Technicians do not have an idea what to do with the cars if it's more than just changing the oil. Tried to talked to Jim Willard who represents an " excellent service" about overcharged invoice and service, his words: " you have a bill of $/'@-'". pay in and tow your car away". No apologies about poor service, not educated technicians. And after keeping my car for nearly a month and nothing was done to it. They threatening me to charge me a $80/day for storage if I will not do the way they want to do it (which is non sense and waste of money). If you had similar issues with their service contact me direct. Hoping that this review will help potential customers to think again before taking their car to this dealership. More

BEWARE! This service center is not to be trusted!! The module on my Mercedes went bad and I had my car towed to the south Charlotte dealership the day before Thanksgiving. the charge for service was mo The module on my Mercedes went bad and I had my car towed to the south Charlotte dealership the day before Thanksgiving. the charge for service was more than 2,000 and they had my car until two days before Christmas. They tried to say the car need 11,000 dollars worth of repairs I of course said no. When they finally returned my car the trunk no longer opened with the key fab or the button on the inside of the car. the trunk open from the inside before they towed it and didn't when i got it back but Aundre Newman had a secretary call to tell me this was a new unrelated problem and they would charge me to fix it. i of course aid no. i asked to speak to Aundre and was told he would call me. He did not call. On January 16th a belt broke causing me to lose power steering and the car to over heat. the belt was not old it had been installed just this past summer and i was told by an auto mechanic that it had been over tightened while Mercedes had my car either they did this so i would have to return and spend more money or they are incompetent. i keep finding little things like they did something to my drivers door and did not put it back together right. it works but it has a string thing hanging from it. Shotty unprofessional hack job work that you pay A LOT for is what you should expect if you have service here. Stay away from this place go to the Independence store. Spare yourself the trouble and what feels like a smack in the face by a shady group of people who only want to take all they can get from you. When you Allow incompetent people to work on your car you put your life at risk! BEWARE !!! More

Unbelievable. This dealership goes the extra mile in order to give the customer confidence in their purchase. When I walked in I was greeted with a welcoming hello! This dealership goes the extra mile in order to give the customer confidence in their purchase. When I walked in I was greeted with a welcoming hello! it did not stop there I ended up test driving a 2008 S550 pewter metallic in color and loved the car but had questions about maintenance and cost of repair. My sales guy then took me over the entire carfax and showed me so many reports on the car that made me feel comfortable about the condition of the car as it was used. This dealership is wonderful and will purchase more Mercedes from them in the coming future. Also, as long as John Glaser is still working there he will remain my salesmen for the future. He knows what it is to take care of customers concerns, he covers the cars from every angle and serves the customer in every aspect, the guy is just awesome at his job!!!! Thank you for a great experience and an awesome automobile. More
