Not sure if it was because of my visual image or my workout attire from leaving the gym to inquire about a model of a car. Didn't get a welcome, a goodbye or anything. Walked in and was looked at, as if I was lost. This is not the Mercedes-Benz brand customers service that I have known over 20 years. More
Unprofessional & Disrespectful Bought two new cars (CLS550, ML350) from these folks 2 1/2 years ago & when I recently brought some serious concerns to Mr. Tom Marcham, the General M Bought two new cars (CLS550, ML350) from these folks 2 1/2 years ago & when I recently brought some serious concerns to Mr. Tom Marcham, the General Manager, regarding our original contract, he told me they were "ignorant", accused me of "wanting something for nothing" and told me to "go elsewhere" for future vehicle needs. I cited specific incidences of concern regarding Georgia Buys and Marc Bartolini and like them, he was defensive, unconcerned & rude. Totally disregarded the shortcomings of his team. Facts were twisted, distorted and ignored. Darrell Kimrey, the concierge folks and the courtesy shuttle drivers are the only bright spots I have found here. Due to extensive personnel turnover, my experiences in the service department have been less than pleasurable. I have found first-class customer service at Mercedes Benz of Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA, so it's clear the problem is isolated to this management group. Customer service is non-existent once you sign the bottom line. More
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This dealership is strong in initial customer service and making you feel a valued customer. Truth is, they don't follow through, and don't care about the unresolved issues they create and leave you with. I own a Sprinter. Needed some extra keys made. Just the keys programmed for the ignition- no fobs. Bought the keys there and brought in the van. Unbeknownst to me the vehicle (bought used years ago) has a key program limit. When the dealership attempted to make key number 9, the device in the vehicle that counts keys erased or shut down. Whatever it did meant no more programmed keys. Dealership was able to get one key- the one I drove it there with, to program. They suggested I not use the other spare key I had previous as they couldn't guarantee it wouldn't render the one working ignition key useless. When I arrived to pick the van up after hours that evening all the doors were unlocked and the working key was inside with the useless keys that couldn't be programmed. Yes, I said UNLOCKED. While I received a part number and cost to replace the memory to make more keys, I never received an estimate to order and install. Several phone calls and two emails later, still no resolution. Mercedes Benz is big on satisfaction surveys and even low ratings on those don't get a response. NO ONE from the dealership has called me to even discuss resolving. More than a month now without positive contact from the dealership. They dropped the ball, apparently don't care about helping to make things right, and have lost a customer for life. I'll be telling everyone I know about this experience. Beware this dealership. Boo Felix Sabates Boo. More

Fraudulent dealership This dealership is the worst dealership I've ever delt with in my life. They LIE and send your car to NON -CERTIFIED SHOPS for repair......when there This dealership is the worst dealership I've ever delt with in my life. They LIE and send your car to NON -CERTIFIED SHOPS for repair......when there is a certified Mercedes collision center right here in Charlotte. When they do this, your warranty on the car is VOID. I know multiple people that have had to endure this Bull xxxx and then have been lied to about it. Will never buy from them again and will tell anyone I come across if they are looking to buy a Mercedes..... Go to Hendrick. BEWARE of the frauds at Mercedes South..... Especially Jim Willard and the GM Tom Marcham...... Liars and Frauds. More

Great customer service by Payton Lloyd Mr. Lloyd really impressed us with his friendly smile and great attitude even though he wasn't directly involved with the purchase of our vehicle.
