It was the little things that we appreciated- as we worked through the purchase paperwork, he had the car washed, refueled, tags placed on the car, etc. He coordinated with Jonathan who met us as we walked out the door to the car. Jonathan was professional and reviewed all the features of the car. I made arrangements with Darrell Kimrey to visit late Friday afternoon while we were in the Charlotte area. Upon arrival we sat and talked for a while before looking at any car. Their Pre-Owned dealer showroom is larger than the new car showroom and you cannot see where one ends and the other begins because all the cars looked new.
