Think twice before you lease a car from this dealership. On November 17 2022 I returned the car Mercedez SUV, the scheduled date of the end of the lease was on November 19, 2022. On the same date, November 17, 2022, while we were sitting at the dealership, they did an unauthorized transaction in the amount of $534 dollars from our checking account without any explanation. Since that I contacted multiple people trying to return the money. It includes Mercedes Financial, Mercedes Dealership, and Fraud Department. Nobody is interested in finding the fraud even though the Mercedes Finance Department clearly admitted that this withdrawal was not authorized. Fraud Department also does not want to investigate it. Since then, I spoke to at least 7 people and all of them keep pointing at each other. I am not considering this a trustworthy reputable dealership. Money was stolen, and the fact is that dealership is ok with it. It looks like this is a typical thing for them. Terrible customer service. Dishonest people. Unfair business. Stay away from this dealership as far as you can. More
Just called their Service team and ask for a price quote to check the passenger light for my MB, they mentioned that it will cost $299 to diagnose each problem (even it is a known problem). Waited a while to get noticed when I dropped off my car for a service check. No one took attention when we arrived. Ignored. While my car was in service, it was broken into. The registration and many thin for a service check. No one took attention when we arrived. Ignored. While my car was in service, it was broken into. The registration and many things were stolen from the glove box and other parts of the vehicle. It was vandalized. The scary part was that my address was in there and I was very worried personal information was stolen. I contacted customer service and they said they would check the cameras but never heard back. I called a couple of times, and nothing was done about it. Finally, I had to get a replacement registration card/document. The recall for brakes was not taken care of either while in service. All I was asked was to take the survey even when nothing was done about my care being vandalized. The recall for brakes was not taken care of either while in service. The buying process went well for the most part. Before purchasing the car I was promised by Geo it would be detailed (Cut & Buff, not just a wash & wax) which was included in the contract and was s Before purchasing the car I was promised by Geo it would be detailed (Cut & Buff, not just a wash & wax) which was included in the contract and was supposed be scheduled within a week of purchasing. 4 months later after calling and emailing several times for months & talking to other people about it I still have not heard from Geo. I eventually talked to Scott who apologized & just tried to make excuses, but there are none. I got the detail scheduled I specifically asked again if they were going to Buff it not just wash & wax (Because I can do that myself) I was assured it would be. When I picked up the car I asked if they could tell me exactly what was done to it (knowing already what they did) but nobody could tell me anything not even where it was done at because they don't detail at the dealer anymore, so I just took the keys and walked out. The car looks absolutely horrible it was not buffed at all they just wash, waxed, and vacuumed it. There are fine scratches all over the entire car that would've easily came out if it was actually cut and buffed. I know how working in customer service can be so I always try to be nice and understanding and give them the benefit of the doubt but there is absolutely no excuse for this type of behavior. I have talked to so many different people including managers Everyone is completely unprofessional Nobody wants to deal with or take accountability for anything. Using the word ”service” is a stretch with this dealership. Poor communication, no answers , ignored texts and calls, no loaner - I am on a list.
