I have always taken my GL450 to the Seattle Mercedes dealership for yearly maintenance and repairs because of their friendly service staff but more importantly because of their depth of knowledge and te dealership for yearly maintenance and repairs because of their friendly service staff but more importantly because of their depth of knowledge and technical skills. My most recent repair took some sleuthing to figure out what was wrong and the technician identified a wear&tear issue that was not surprising in an 11 year old vehicle but which would require a couple of extra days to fix. While waiting for the parts to arrive I was offered a free loaner car and the service team kept me apprised of their progress. Their thorough approach was reassuring and I now feel relaxed going into the summer travel season - I really don’t want to worry about my car breaking down halfway to Yellowstone or the Grand Tetons! I’ve always been pleased with the care I have received at the Seattle dealership and wouldn’t consider taking my car anywhere else. Thanks to Jason and the whole crew! More

My van had a oil leak they were able to take it in right away replaced the turbo and gaskets and cleaned up the oil van is working better now they covered it under warranty which I really appreciate they we away replaced the turbo and gaskets and cleaned up the oil van is working better now they covered it under warranty which I really appreciate they were able to do a oil change also and they did a good job with that I only complaint that communication wasn’t the best which is very important when the van is used for our business and I had a hard time rescheduling my customers. That customer texting app that they use also does not work I respond and send text but I get no reply. More

I had a good experience with this dealership. I just wish the date I made my actual appointment for they could have called me to inform me there were no loaner cars available for the remaining da I just wish the date I made my actual appointment for they could have called me to inform me there were no loaner cars available for the remaining day after I had already put in a request days prior. I drove all the way to Seattle Mercedes after requesting to get work off early to be able to drop off my car to get maintenance done. When I arrived they had informed me no more loaner cars were available. It did make me upset that I wasted my working hours to be able to do this. Arby did take accountability and apologized for the inconvenience and got me in a couple days later after work to drop off my car and provided me with a loaner. I just wish I got a phone call beforehand on my actual appointment date and they could’ve switched my appointment time over the phone. More
