Outstanding service even under adverse work conditions Nearing the end of my three year lease on my Smart Car, I decided to buy and become an owner. The sales person got the car in the shop right away to Nearing the end of my three year lease on my Smart Car, I decided to buy and become an owner. The sales person got the car in the shop right away to do a safety check and was very organized with the sales paperwork. In the middle of the process, there was a power outage which left the financing paperwork hanging with no computers, but the phones continued to work with battery backup and the credit approval came through from my credit union for a really great deal. The power finally came back on and the financing staff were able to finish the process with all my needed signatures. They were even able to charge up my dead iPhone in the end. Nice work! More

1st servicing leads to doubts When vehicle was presented as finished, there was strong diesel fuel smell due to engine compartment not cleaned after changing fuel filter. Then, when cleaning the engine compartment they sprayed DEF all over the exterior of hood & window. Had to request that this be cleaned off. Supposedly, our vehicle was washed, but we had to take it to a carwash and actually clean the outside of the vehicle. Hoping the servicing we could not see was actually done well, but have some doubts. More
