We live two hours away, and when we arrived Jerry explained that they JUST sold the car out from under us. He then went on to say he didn't have my wife's phone number, even though he left her several unsolicited phone messages including one at 8:30 this morning. Shady dealership, creepy lying salesman. Have been loyal Prime customers for years, for personal and business needs and will NEVER buy anything from Prime again. More

This was my first visit and first purchase from Prime Mercedes Benz. I ended up buying a Ford Explorer, but I will definitely be returning when I am ready to purchase a Mercedes! The high level of custom Mercedes Benz. I ended up buying a Ford Explorer, but I will definitely be returning when I am ready to purchase a Mercedes! The high level of customer service and professionalism demonstrated by the entire staff is noticeable from the moment you arrive. Within a few minutes of browsing I was greeted by Sandy and we test drove the 2 vehicles I was interested in, a Jeep and the Explorer. Even though this was a Mercedes dealership I didn't feel any pressure from Sandy, or anyone else, to test drive a Mercedes or that they were trying to up-sell me a more expensive vehicle. The following day I returned to purchase my vehicle and it was very busy, but the staff made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and being helped. Sandy was able to put a very fair deal together and deliver the vehicle the same day.
