Thank you for your response, as we went over the repair order with David and he approved when he paid for the bill. We did have to charge sensors for the wheels as the wheels were aftermarket. This was disclosed and approved by the paying customer. We do appreciate the feedback, and after reviewing the repair order, it does appear we did not charge you the full 7 hours of labor to assist with your experience.
