The car we chose met or exceeded all our requirements and we appreciated being shown various leasing options. We drove away in our new Mercedes feeling very satisfied that we selected the right car for our needs and that we paid a fair price for it. Poor communication I brought my GLE350 into the dealership for my 5th set of tires in under 75000 miles... all alignments done by Prime Mercedes Scarborough. They keep m I brought my GLE350 into the dealership for my 5th set of tires in under 75000 miles... all alignments done by Prime Mercedes Scarborough. They keep my car for 12 days with little communication during that time. They ordered a bolt/ kit that we needed to pay for on top of our new tire bill despite having an extended warranty to 160000 miles. We then did not hear anything more for days. They then ordered a left wheel bearing and a followup alignment needed to be redone after the bearing was placed. We were never told of this work that was being done on our car. Finally, our car was ready to be picked up- 12 days later - and the explanation was given to us then. More

Hold on to your wallet! I had my first routine maintenance done on my Sprinter. All aspects were handled thoroughly and professionally from making the appointment to handling I had my first routine maintenance done on my Sprinter. All aspects were handled thoroughly and professionally from making the appointment to handling some minor issues when done. My only complaint is the cost, over $1200 for oil, filters, wipers and tire rotation! But it's genuine Mercedes! More
