On 4/22/25, I came in for a 9am appointment to address an extended warranty - low pressure fuel hose issue. I picked up my car at 5pm, and the only things done were a multi point inspection identifying a spr extended warranty - low pressure fuel hose issue. I picked up my car at 5pm, and the only things done were a multi point inspection identifying a spring control arm with excessive play, worn front tires and a fuel leak. I had to come back 4/24 and wait 3 hours to have the extended warranty work completed. On 5/10, I made an online appointment for 4pm on 5/16, to have 2 tires replaced. I indicated online that I would wait. When I arrived, I was told that the appointment couldn’t be honored because the service department closed at 5pm., in spite of having made the appointment indicating that I’d be waiting. I had to return 5/28, to have the tires installed. The online “deal” consisted of an instant $75 tire rebate and 10% off for making an afternoon appointment. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told that offers couldn’t be combined and did not receive the 10% discount off of the $778.04 invoice. Would you use your service department again? More
