Horrible customer service and lack of communication when my vehicle was at the service department. I was given a loaner vehicle when my car was at the repair shop and they picked up the car unexpected while my vehicle was at the service department. I was given a loaner vehicle when my car was at the repair shop and they picked up the car unexpected while I was at work. I was told they took the loaner vehicle because the miles were going over. They left me stranded in the streets with a two year old with no car seat. They took all my identification, passports, personal property with them. It was a terrible experience overall. I definitely do not recommend Mercedes-Benz of San Diego to anyone. Working on a lawsuit with my attorney for endangering my family. I do not wish this experience to anyone. More

She knows the type of loaner vehicle I like to use, and when the detail company caused a delay experience as professional and seemless as possible.
