Had a wonderful experience buying a used car at Mercedes Benz of San Diego. The car was cleaned up well and the dealership made sure to check it all out and make sure it was in very good shape. The best p Benz of San Diego. The car was cleaned up well and the dealership made sure to check it all out and make sure it was in very good shape. The best part of the experience was their honesty and transparency. They sent me an accurate price breakdown of all fees and they did not have any added fees that I have found that other dealerships add on. They priced it fairly and stuck to that (which should be how it works). Appreciate that and would be happy to recommend and return to Mercedes Benz of San Diego. Thanks! More
I had a 2025 GLS 450 in Service with Mercedes Benz of San Diego for a warning light of an inoperative airbag. This was the second time in one year. I asked the service adviser to get the car appraised durin Diego for a warning light of an inoperative airbag. This was the second time in one year. I asked the service adviser to get the car appraised during the service. I didn’t hear back from the service department for 10 days with multiple phone calls. After 11 days, I received a phone call and I was told the dealership is talking to Mercedes Benz in Germany to fix this problem. I had to ask 4 times for the appraised value. Michelle called me and told me the value is at $ 72300. When I picked up the car today the value dropped to $ 67000, because of 4 tires which needed to be replaces. Everybody knows, four tires don’t cost $ $5300.The original appraisal was done during service and two rear tires were mentioned. I bought 11 cars from Mercedes Benz of San Diego. This is a very dishonest dealership. You have choices. San Diego has a Mercedes dealership in El Cajon, Escondido, Carlsbad and Temecula. Don’t buy a car from Mercedes Benz of San Diego. More
