Tony and Don are simply great to work with and they both always provide great service with kindness and professionalism. I have also had interactions with the people in the parts department and they are ju always provide great service with kindness and professionalism. Dealership was good, but within days I got a coupon from Mercedes for $175 off the $1000 service. It cannot be applied back. I called the dealership about this & they have not replied. The dealership always goes above and beyond. Don Post even gave me 4 AA batteries to spare me going to Freddie’s at rush hour since it took longer to repair my care than they thought. Whew!
