Even though it is 35 miles from my house, I prefer going here over three other dealerships that are closer to me. Since they are a very small dealership, it’s easier to get appointments and personal service here over three other dealerships that are closer to me. Since they are a very small dealership, it’s easier to get appointments and personal service. However, I had three issues with my last two services, which I believe all came down to their weakest link, their BDM. They forgot to add an issue to my service order, and didn’t have time to do it when I was there. They said they would call me the following day and schedule it, but they never did. With my other vehicle, they forgot to add the alignment I requested, but at least they were able to do it that same trip. More
