Dropped a sprinter/winnebago for a recall and oil change. Wasn't easy to park. Sales dude said service parking round other side. Service dude ran out and parked it for me. Awesome! Even though it is 35 miles from my house, I prefer going here over three other dealerships that are closer to me. Since they are a very small dealership, it’s easier to get appointments and personal service here over three other dealerships that are closer to me. Since they are a very small dealership, it’s easier to get appointments and personal service. However, I had three issues with my last two services, which I believe all came down to their weakest link, their BDM. They forgot to add an issue to my service order, and didn’t have time to do it when I was there. They said they would call me the following day and schedule it, but they never did. With my other vehicle, they forgot to add the alignment I requested, but at least they were able to do it that same trip. More
