Very pleased and thankful for the service I've been getting from the parts department, as well as previous service visits with Don. Actually, everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant. For the last month or so, I've been working frequently with Mark Massey in the parts department locating parts to extend the life and quality of a one owner W202 that had been purchased there new, 25 years ago. Mark has been patient, professional, efficient, responsive, and thorough. I've been dealing with him in person, on the phone, and through emails. Not once have I gotten the "oh you again" response. Don was more than helpful. While traveling from PDX to Newport had a check engine light. Arrived at MB of Salem and they put us right into the cue. The issue was found.
