Earliest appointment was 3 weeks out. Dropped off vehicle on scheduled date and parts had not been ordered. Repair required RVT sealant which needs 24 hours to cure. Shop added 11.5 qts oil, requires 12 qts, oil must be checked with engine warm and registered at bottom of add mark. More
