I took my 2016 E400 in for service A. I asked them to check the brakes (80+ thousand miles) and replace them if needed. They inspected them and said I didn't need new brakes. Just moved to Salem (from Scottsdale, AZ) and had our car shipped. When I got it off the trailer I noticed a pretty strong vibration right away when sitting at idle. When I arrived for my appointment I was immediately greeted and introduced to my service manager. Answered a few questions and signed for the diagnosis. Same day they called and provided their diagnosis, ordered the new part (transmission mount) and said they’d call to arrange when to bring it back for the repair. I was very pleased with my experience at Salem Mercedes Benz. Got really good feeling here. Felt that I got lucky we had this dealership close by. if you’re reading this I’m sure you know how important it is to know you MBZ is in the hands of someone you trust. More
