I scheduled my Winnebago View for maintenance at Mercedes-Benz of Salem, let them know I had some error codes and maintenance items that needed attention. I showed up at 7am they had everything I needed done written out on a work ticket, they walked through it with me, and I left. Evan called me back to ask a couple of follow up question later in the day. They were done with it around 1pm. Everything was smooth and very well done! Took my car in and was told what the issue was and paid to have it done. Got my car home next day and started it up and was making the same noise. Took my car back in and they told me it’s something else a to have it done. Got my car home next day and started it up and was making the same noise. Took my car back in and they told me it’s something else and would be 3,000 more to fix when I was told what they had done had fixed it. I am not happy and will be contacting corporate higher up. More
