The service for my 2022 Mercedes EQS WAS GOOD. BUT i has another 2023 Mercedes EQS currently least for 2 years from 3/2024 to 3/2026 . . Recently it has 2 flat tires left side front and back.. BUT i has another 2023 Mercedes EQS currently least for 2 years from 3/2024 to 3/2026 . . Recently it has 2 flat tires left side front and back.. no service . I assume under least contract.mercedes dealer should cover. It is Mercedes property. I have to deal with this matter More

Took my 2015 E250 (diesel) here due to excessive vibration. They suggested I start with replacing the transmission mount first to see if that was what’s causing it and they were correct. It defini vibration. They suggested I start with replacing the transmission mount first to see if that was what’s causing it and they were correct. It definitely was the main reason and resolved most of the vibration. Our Benz is 10 years old now and I’ll be taking it back to have the motor mounts also replaced at some point too. This dealership provides exceptional service. They could have replaced the motor mounts first which would have been at a significantly higher cost. I totally trust Salem Mercedes and will be using them exclusively for future maintenance and repairs. More
