Would I recommend then? Depends on what for. For me it's a long drive to Salem just to get my car oil changed which due to the drive and wait takes about 1/2 a day. I do Depends on what for. I do like getting the car washed after the service, the clean waiting room, and the amenities while waiting. However, ever since I bought the E450 Cabriolet in 2019 I've had problems with my camera. I kept complaining about it being intermittent, not working at times, at critical times. At the dealer, I kept getting the excuse that they would have to keep to car to diagnose it. After the car was out of warranty I searched the web and found other people having the same problem. I can't believe Mercedes didn't have this problem and fix on a service bulletin which the dealer refused to look up. Three months ago I bought a new camera housing from Mercedes parts dept and installed it myself. It has worked perfectly since. My complaint is I believe the Service dept should have recognized the problem and known the solution. If they kept the car I would have to wake a week before the part came in. What other important problems do they not know? More
