Cyndy is relatively new to Mercedes Benz, but she was eager to earn my business, she was informed, and incredibly professional. The over all experience exceeded my expectations. I knew what I wanted, laid out my terms, and the entire transaction was put to bed in under an hour. George worked extra hard, found the us the perfect car.. The car we wanted was not widely available. Sales associates at a competitors dealership were nice but they did not actively work to find what we want The car we wanted was not widely available.
