I have dealt with Don Post every other time I've been there and he is always very helpful and knowledgeable. My most recent visit I was first approached by Donavan Rodriguez at check in, I think he is a new hire although it's very hard to tell because he blends right in with the same attitude, knowledge friendliness and helpfulness as everyone else. As long as I own my MB I'll make the trip to Salem when it needs attention. More

Sprinter van purchase I have purchase 3 sprinter vans from Mercedes of Salem and Brian has made the experience exceptional. Last week one of my employees wrecked one of the I have purchase 3 sprinter vans from Mercedes of Salem and Brian has made the experience exceptional. Last week one of my employees wrecked one of the vans on black-ice in eastern Oregon and totaled the vehicle. I called Brian and even though inventory was extremely low, with-in 2-3 hours he located a van for me, set up delivery, and financing and it took only about 20 min from my arrival at the dealership to me driving off with my van.
