I have dealt with Don Post every other time I've been there and he is always very helpful and knowledgeable. My most recent visit I was first approached by Donavan Rodriguez at check in, I think he is a new hire although it's very hard to tell because he blends right in with the same attitude, knowledge friendliness and helpfulness as everyone else. As long as I own my MB I'll make the trip to Salem when it needs attention. More
