Mercedes Financial Services Dealerships was good. My problem is with financial services. Although they carry Mercedes name they don’t seem to have any connection with dealers. B Dealerships was good. My problem is with financial services. Although they carry Mercedes name they don’t seem to have any connection with dealers. Beware that when you turn in your car, if you have recently made payment they do not prorate any portion back to the consumer. Also if you turn car back in good shape they give credit but back to their pocket! They claim this has been their practice forever! I realize don’t understand “Mercedes” letting them that advantage of clients. I have been with Mercedes for 30 years!! More

Pleasant experience leasing our new Merecedes It had been quite sometime since i went to a car dealer. from the moment we stepped into the dealership Gayle was very friendly, did not pressure us i It had been quite sometime since i went to a car dealer. from the moment we stepped into the dealership Gayle was very friendly, did not pressure us into buying anything , talked about options for buying vs leasing and made us very comfortable from the beginning. we took a test drive and left. we decided on a lease , negotiated our lease terms via text and then walked into the dealer and was out in a couple of hours.
