So after being told that a failed $3500 part was not covered under my warranty by a different Mercedes dealership that was closer to home, I took my v So after being told that a failed $3500 part was not covered under my warranty by a different Mercedes dealership that was closer to home, I took my van back to Salem Mercedes Benz where I bought it. The service team looked up my warranty, told me it was covered, and fixed it straight away. You can not get better service than that. These guys have never let me down, there customer service is fantastic and professional. Don't waste your time going any where else. More

She took great care of my wife and I, answering all of our questions and letting us take a long test drive through town and up the freeway to really feel the vehicle. She was very patient showing us all the features and then assisting us through the entire sales process, even meeting with us several days later to give a thorough briefing of all the features we later had questions how to use. Manager Mike is a person of great integrity, he was honest and worked very hard to make a deal that we all felt great about! I have never purchased a vehicle with such ease and comfort... or as quickly. Mike said we are now part of the family, which often seems "folksy" when you hear that from care dealers but in this case I absolutely believe they meant it! The purchase experience was top notch from the moment we arrived on the lot to the moment we drove out in a new Mercedes... and, even after, when we had "tech questions". We are so happy with our purchase and will recommend Mercedes Benz of Salem to anyone. Go talk to them, they are low pressure, super cool and real people! More

In ordering a custom built van, Brian walked me though the myriad of MB I recently purchased a Sprinter though Brain and the experience was fantastic! In ordering a custom built van, Brian walked me though the myriad of MB options, advising me on which are best or if there was an even better aftermarket solution. He could have very easily sold me on unnecessary options but he didn't. The real test of Brain's merit came when I changed my color selection not once but three times. The third being two days before the Sprinter was to be built. Miraculously he was able to get the color changed and I now have a rig that is exactly what I wanted. Thanks Brian and Salem MB! More
