During my recent interaction, Ms. Weinreb was rude, dismissive, and demonstrated a lack of product and service knowledge. Her unprofessional demeanor and inability to provide clear or accurate assistance were both surprising and disappointing—especially at a dealership that represents the Mercedes-Benz brand and its high standards of customer care. My interaction with Ms. Weinreb fell significantly below the level of service I expect when working with Mercedes-Benz. More
