I was recommended to Lakeview by a local mechanic, a satisfied long-time customer of theirs, and I was not dissapointed. The salesman was courteous and worked out an excellent deal for me. Any time I have had occasion to contact him since the sale, he has either answered immediately if on the permises, or called back as soon as he arrived for the day. If I had one complaint, it is that he was a bit sloppy with the registration paperwork which caused me to make an extra visit to the dealership. However, everyone is human and mistakes occasionally get made. My "1k-3k first service" was handled competantly, the service advisor was very helpful and the service was performed in the estimated amount of time. The waiting area was comfortable and well appointed (quiet, plenty of comfortable seating, TV, magazines, coffee, bagels). More

I had a great experience at Lakeview Auto Sales. While many other upscale car dealerships turn their nose up at younger buyers, Rick at Lakeview was more than happy to help me. Even before he knew I was many other upscale car dealerships turn their nose up at younger buyers, Rick at Lakeview was more than happy to help me. Even before he knew I was truly interested, he treated me like any other possible sale. While he pointed out the finer points of owning a Mercedes, I felt no pressure at all to purchase a car. I can honestly say, the treatment I recieved their was undoubtedly the reason I bought a Mercedes. I will be more than happy to purchase my next car from Lakeview Auto Sales! More
