I have since referred a friend to Lakeview and when I am ready to turn in this lease I will only go to Lakeview for future dealings. Mr. Cannarsa patiently described the types of vehicles we were interested in and explained all the features in detail. The test drive was excellent and everything from there on went smoothly. When we arrived at the dealership to go over the paperwork everything was in order and ready for signatures. In addition, Mr. Cannarsa continued to cater to our comfort and needs as we waited for Mr. Robert Morrotta, the Finance Manager, who was also very considerate and accommodating. Delivery of our vehicle was a dream come true. The car was washed, wax and ready to go with a full tank of gas. Mr. Cannarsa slowly and carefully went over our vehicle from top to bottom. George Glier was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we met him. He treated us like we were already regular customers at Lakeview although at the beginning we were only shopping around for a good price we met him. Brought my 2007 E350 in for service. Car had a whirring Brought my 2007 E350 in for service. Car had a whirring noise in the front wheel. I told them that I suspected that it was a wheel bearing. They to Brought my 2007 E350 in for service. Car had a whirring noise in the front wheel. I told them that I suspected that it was a wheel bearing. They told me that since I have the 18" sport rims, they are all bent from driving over pot holes and, that is why I have the noise. They quoted me like 300.00 per rim for the fix, which I declined. When I picked up the car, since I didn't go ahead with the work, they charged me 175.00 for "diagnosis". I told them that I thought that this should be covered under warranty, and they told me that it considered "road hazard" I also told them that there are many people on the internet that have the same complaint that I do concerning the wheels...they basically told me "too bad, it's not our fault". I have never had a car where all 4 wheels were bent. I live on long island, 55 years old....not like I beat the crap out of the car. I took the car to an independent shop and had the wheels fixed.....I had the same noise! About 6 weeks later, the noise got very bad and I went back to the dealer. This time, they told me that it was a wheel bearing, the same thing that I told them it was when I first brought the car in. They told me that they will fix it under warranty and I told them that I wanted my 175.00 back because they misdiagnosed the problem 6 weeks ago....they told me they couldn't do it. I have had other small issues with them as well. The woman that makes the loaner appointments is nasty as well. My car is now coming ready to be turned in and, believe me, I won't be going back to Lakeview to get the next one. More
