Extreme lack of customer service! I would never buy a car from them again. First they lied about how much my new lease payments would be. Plus I know they sold my 2022 trade in for an extreme premium after telling me I’m so upside down on my loan. Usual bait and switch tactics. I drive over two hours and they had already ran my credit and told me how much I would be paying. I get there and the whole deal is different. It’s been close to a month and I couldn’t get a call back or any help setting up the Mercedes apps. Usually that’s all done before you leave the dealership. This isn’t my first Mercedes. Overall a bad experience and not a trustworthy dealership. I doubt I’ll keep the car long as I don’t love it. I’ll stick to where I’m from SF or Oakland Mercedes. When it’s time to trade up. More
