Body Repair on my 350 ML I recently had body work done on my car and a repair of a broken front end thing. I dealt with John Nishita and my Salesman Alex Aldarwish. They were I recently had body work done on my car and a repair of a broken front end thing. I dealt with John Nishita and my Salesman Alex Aldarwish. They were both very helpful. I was happy with my overall experience, and how they went out of there way to accommodate me with loaner cars to work with my crazy travel schedule. If I had only one complaint it would be that I was put on long holds waiting for the service Department to answer. On one call it was 5 minutes before the service operator even answered. The first time the body work was done it wasn't right so John was very nice, and made sure it was done to my satisfaction. Unfortunately when my car was there, damage was done to the front bumper. John was helpful in getting it fixed. I was also very pleased with the two people that delivered the cars to me. I remember the man's name was Robert, and the other women was a very nice blonde lady. More
OVER AND ABOVE SERVICE We purchased our C300 in December of 2015, and were very pleased with our sales representative, Chad. He was very informative, and patient, and went beyond the norm for sales. Unfortunately we only received one key with the car, and per Mercedes policy, we had to wait for our registration before we could order an new one. This took several weeks, and then a paperwork mix-up made getting our key delayed even more. To top it off, we developed a slow leak in one of the run flat tires on our car. Wayne, in service stepped up, and not only put a rush on our key, but made up for our inconvenience by not only getting us a new tire, paid for by Mercedes, but then tinted the rear windows of our car. Both actions were above and beyond the service we were expecting. Rockln Mercedes is a top notch dealership, and we would highly recommend anyone to them for a great experience in purchasing and outstanding service. More
