Jeff Ball is your guy I highly recommend Jeff. I came up from the Bay Area after a very bad experience at a dealer down here. Because of that experience I almost gave up I highly recommend Jeff. Jeff was very knowledgeable, low key with no sales push. From start to finish- test drive included- I was out of there in under 3 hours. Jeff even went out of his way to help me after he sold me my GLA when I needed a ride to drop off my old car. Plus the dealership is top notch. From granola bars to ice tea. Finally someone is thinking about us tea drinkers! Major score in my book! :) You can't go wrong here. More

Saw the ML63 AMG on line and called late Friday night; James Reemts answers the phone and I asked if the car was still available as I was driving two Saw the ML63 AMG on line and called late Friday night; James Reemts answers the phone and I asked if the car was still available as I was driving two hours to see it. James told me he could get the car back to the dealership by 9 am the next day as he had to drive out some distance to retrieve it. I met James at 9 on Saturday, he had the car out front ready for a test drive. James knew everything about this SUV and it's somewhat complicated systems; he even showed me how or could parallel park itself after setting up tow other cars to simulate a parking situation. Going back inside to his office James figured out what my Acura MDX trade in was worth and offered me a fair deal if I was interested. NO PREASSURE. I agreed and then met with the finance manager Andrew Rigde who was equally professional and offered me a Mecerdes-Benz finance at 1%. Come on!!!!! Who can beat that? To finish my experience Ms. Amanda Hysen went over every aspect of the technical stuff with me, setting up the Bluetooth on my phone and instructing how everything operates; she was great. My wife's Mercedes is ten years old with only 72K miles on it and still drives like the day we bought it so she won't part with it for now but when the time comes I will be calling James at Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin. This is my second Mercedes and I will love it like my first. Since I have dealt with the Rocklin Mercedes-Benz Dealer for years of service of my E-350, I felt very comfortable to go there and "look". The moment Since I have dealt with the Rocklin Mercedes-Benz Dealer for years of service of my E-350, I felt very comfortable to go there and "look". The moment we walked in the door my sister and I were greeted by a very nice manager and asked if we would like something to drink, and to offer us assistance. Just looking was my response as usual (been there looking a few times). We wandered around the show room and I saw the car I did not know I was looking for. We were also introduced to a wonderful young man named Ted Mavritsakis. After checking out the car for at least 15 minutes, we decided to go for a test drive. Ted explained all the new safety features and off we went. The test drive only confirmed that this car was what I was looking for. I needed a small SUV which was easy to get in and out but roomy enough to carry items when needed. Going through the process of purchasing the car was easy and comfortable. I know how much I can afford and what I needed in a car. Ted made it happen without pressure and in a very relaxed way. I used to hate go car shopping since it was always so tense and the negotiations lasted forever. With both of my Mercedes the process was easy and each time I was pleased with my purchase. While there I also met again with my previous service advisor Carolyn Royal, who has helped me on many occasions. Again I felt very comfortable and am looking forward to working with Carolyn. After meeting with Andrea Bryner, Finance Director, I decided to purchase the pre-paid maintenance for service like oil change etc at a good discounted price. Since Mercedes purchased my E-350, and my new car will be shipped from Southern California, I am driving a loan car and learning the new safety features while waiting. What can I say, It was a great experience and I know I will enjoy driving my new car with all the extras I feel I need for a very long time. More
