Professionalism and Personalism I was strongly considering using a car delivery service to negotiate on my behalf and deliver a car. I even had gone over numbers with a broker but ha I was strongly considering using a car delivery service to negotiate on my behalf and deliver a car. I even had gone over numbers with a broker but had such a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Rocklin that I ended up getting a beautiful c300 off the showroom floor. The sales process went smooth, and felt hassle free. Shoutout to Randy Shomon for being an absolute pleasure to work with. The follow up and customer service AFTER the purchase has been the best part of working with the team here. Went to the service department for a Tint job yesterday, and am INCREDIBLY happy with the result but even more so with the customer service provided by John Nishita who's professionalism and personalism was second to none. I'd definitely recommend working directly with John if you can! All and all the team here at MB of Rocklin is outstanding. Keep up the great customer service! More
