Good service but some damage to the inside of my car I have an 2004 S500 that needed the gear shift assembly replaced. I'm very meticulous about my car... it's garaged, no dents/door dings, non-smoker, I have an 2004 S500 that needed the gear shift assembly replaced. I'm very meticulous about my car... it's garaged, no dents/door dings, non-smoker, always clean, etc... even have floor mats for the floor mats. When I got my car back I noticed a small puncture hole in the right side of the arm-rest console... it looked like it was done with a small screwdriver or other tool. Also, I noticed the amber display for the AC at the lower dash, located just adjacent to the gear shift now has a permanent marking to the display, about the size of a dime. It's as if it were hit with something while the work was being done. This marking is lit up and bleeds over the numbers and bars that display for the AC unit. They're not huge issues, but every time I see them I'm reminded and frustrated that it happened while my car was being serviced and it's disappointing. Brandon was awesome service provider and the work that was done was appreciated. Just wished my car came back as I dropped it off. More

I imagine the ceo of mercedes is somewhere on his yacht in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, sipping on his tata tea. Nowhere in this mans consciousness resides the name Greg Burnett. But, in my mind, it should. Because if it wasn't for people like Greg, he would not be enjoying the lavish luxury's of this life. Yet, Greg Burnett arduously and professionally make a very difficult job look easy. With that being said, I whole heartedly hope that another day does not go by, that Greg does not get the raise he deserves. A few extra vacation days wouldn't hurt either!! More

Great service. Had a check engine light and emailed Wayne over the weekend. They are closed over the weekend. Wayne responded to my email over the weekend. He explained to her that labor was not much, but the part was $2,500. We took the car to a different place where they removed a hair pin from the seat track. Seat motor works just fine. Cost of repair, $0. We were told Von Housen has a reputation, and is being investigated for charging people for unneeded parts. Nice to know they prey upon young women in college. We won't go back there again! More
