I bought a new sprinter from this dealer. Very deceptive business practices. Purchased 5yr/100k warranty. Salesman and MB brochure states 100% refundable if no claims prior to expiration. Very deceptive business practices. Purchased 5yr/100k warranty. Salesman and MB brochure states 100% refundable if no claims prior to expiration. I contacted the dealer to cancel, but they ignore my emails, phone calls and voice mails. Obviously they are just waiting for the expiration date to pass. Contacted MB-USA. They say they can't help. The worst customer service from any dealer I have ever dealt with. My recommendation: do not do business with this dealer. Any other luxury dealer will do much better. More

My salesman, Javen, was super nice and helpful and we negotiated a price over the phone through videos and pictures. Javen even met me half way as the dealership was over 2 hours away. When I saw the car for the first time, everything seemed great. Car was clean, so it appeared, in the faint daylight that was left of the day. The next morning, I try to start the car and it immediately stalls. I try to start it again and it revs up high and then calms down to an idle. Then I notice, what appeared to be tree sap on the window, it was not. The "sap" was a chip in the windshield that looks like it was filled with superglue or something, not a professional fill. Then I notice a tear in the side of the leather bolster of the driver seat. I then try to buckle my son in the backseat to find out none of the backseat buckles even latch! I attempt to reach Javen several times, with no response back. I try to change the oil and air filter in effort to fix the stalling issue when starting the car, that happens every single morning. The air filter was disgustingly dirty and the oil was so old and burnt that even the oil filter was wringing itself. Finally, 3 weeks later, I get a response from the dealership with a promise to make it right by Kenny, the sales manager. Then, nothing. Never got another call back. Today, 5/1, driving down the freeway, the brake light comes on and says across the screen that the brake pads need replacing, not to mention that the rotors are completely rusted! What else can go wrong with this car?! I call the dealership and they simply said thats what happens when you buy a used car, as is. We can look at it but cannot promise we will do anything about the problems. Oh, but we will fill the crack in the windshield... Going over the CARFAX of the car, they recorded that they did SEVERAL services to the car including "recommended maintenance", "ignition system checked", "brakes checked", "front brake pads replaced", "electrical system checked", "battery replaced", and MORE complete lies! This dealership is committing FRAUD, and simply does not care. The "implied warranty" does not affect THIS dealership apparently. I am not looking for a huge handout but maybe share the cost of the parts to fix the car that they sold to me in good faith. This is astonishing, disappointing and borderline criminal! More
GM Nathan Salib should be immediately terminated. He has zero customer service skills, not enough experience, does not belong in luxury automotives, a liar and very rude on top all of that. Go elsewh He has zero customer service skills, not enough experience, does not belong in luxury automotives, a liar and very rude on top all of that. Go elsewhere. Store owner should get rid of him, sales manager Kenny would be a much wiser replacement. More
Hello bought my wife a brand new GLS 450 and when driving it home and giving it first wash I noticed damage to the car. Notified the dealership and talk to management team regarding delivery damages to car m it home and giving it first wash I noticed damage to the car. Notified the dealership and talk to management team regarding delivery damages to car made numerous calls to discuss what to do never got a response back. Also car only came with one key fob( still waiting on the owners manual as well) Had to call the dealership numerous times to locate a second key(they lost it or something). After owning the car for 10 days satellite radio FM and a.m. radio does not work again called dealership and requested to talk .Went to dealership and talked to the manager in person and he was very two-faced about how they care about business and their customers needs. Never got a response back from the manager or GM regarding how they want to move forward with fixing a few issues of a brand new $120,000 car. I wouldn’t refer anyone to at shop at Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin Warning stay away find another Benz dealership very bad management team there. They lead you on and act like they care but don’t once you are out the door with your car! Misleading, untrustworthy, and unprofessional. They have had serval changes to make it better but they still have yet to reach out . For those reading this please do your homework and think about if you want to conduct business with them and research Mercedes of Rocklin before you buy More

DO NOT buy a used car from this dealership. We recently helped my son purchase a used Mercedes. We were promised the car had been thoroughly checked and serviced and was without any issues. We recently helped my son purchase a used Mercedes. We were promised the car had been thoroughly checked and serviced and was without any issues. Well, within a week the engine light went on. When I checked with the dealership and reported this and wanted them to diagnose the problem, they coldly told me the vehicle was purchased "as-is" and would not even provide a courtesy evaluation. The sales person even responded by saying "good luck" when I tried to get him to help us out. To make a long story short, I took the car to another MB dealership who immediately found serious engine damage (camshaft) that cost us $7,000 to repair. I feel that the Rocklin dealership did a poor job of checking this vehicle out and should have never put it up for sale. I get the as-is purchase but they did nothing to help us and did not show any level of concern. I would discourage anyone from shopping here, particularly for a used vehicle. More
