Regular appointment s are easy to make and my time at the dealership is very good. But when I have something unusual such as a windshield replacement needing to be ordered and scheduled, I seem to get the dealership is very good. But when I have something unusual such as a windshield replacement needing to be ordered and scheduled, I seem to get the run around and tend to get lost in the system. I have never been able to speak with service to date since the purchase of my car. I hope this round will be different and I get a call or email from service. More

Mekonnen was great. The service center was short staffed but he handled everything like a pro. The only negative was that they refused to honor a coupon that had been sent to me in the mail but the deadline was apparently the day before, which made me spend an extra $100 for my service that, had I known they were so stingy, I would have gone to a different dealer. Very old and out dated equipment used to fix new cars. They asked me to wait until they get the new equipment in sometime in the future.
