Wouldn't give me a rental saying it'd be under an 1hr. I come in from Vancouver and have no issue waiting an hour for my car service to be done. But they take hours. The least I've waited was 2hrs and most I come in from Vancouver and have no issue waiting an hour for my car service to be done. But they take hours. The least I've waited was 2hrs and most was 5hrs. They wouldn't give me a rental and took over 2rs to get me my car, making me late for work. I shouldn't jeopardize my job/ career because they're too cheap to give a rental. And by the way I'm a female and they always treat me terribly here, brothers and dad come here and they treat them completely different. With respect and great service. My sex shouldn't be a reason why I'm treated so bad here. More

Exceptional Customer Service I am very happy with the service I received. Everyone from Service to Sales was very friendly and easy to speak with. They made me feel comfortable wh I am very happy with the service I received. Everyone from Service to Sales was very friendly and easy to speak with. They made me feel comfortable while there. Even the atmosphere was pleasant and professional. Every one seemed to have a good experience while a waited for the 4 wheel alignment which took one and a half hours. Great place, I recommend no other in the state. I drove 4 hours to this dealership and I am glad I did. Thank you, Mercedes - Benz of Portland. More

We, unlike most Mercedes customers I feel, would love a popcorn machine. Following in the footsteps of hardware great, Parkrose Hardware and others, Mercedes could expand into a whole new era by ushering in the popcorn machine. I feel that popcorn would be a great addition to the already astonishingly good cookies and brilliant service. Again, the service provided was very nice and helpful. More
2014 GLK 350 Multiple Problems I have a 2014 GLK 350 with 9000 miles. I was about to leave for Seattle when the passenger window failed to close. Called service and brought the vehi I have a 2014 GLK 350 with 9000 miles. I was about to leave for Seattle when the passenger window failed to close. Called service and brought the vehicle in, Upon analysis it was found that the passenger window failed to close, the Catalytic Converter was noisy and the transmission was shifting rough. I was given a loaner car and was able to make my trip to Seattle. Chris Lap and staff took care of all issues including the loaner vehicle. The window now works again, the noise is gone from the Catalytic Converter and you can hardly feel the transmission shift. Chris and crew met my expectations of a very courteous and prompt experience. I would recommend your service department to my friends. Ted More
Arrogance, eliteist and way too self involved After turning in my lease and suddenly becoming aware of exorbitant service charges I simply asked "why" and "can you explain this to me" Tom acted a After turning in my lease and suddenly becoming aware of exorbitant service charges I simply asked "why" and "can you explain this to me" Tom acted as if he could never be questioned or loosely interpreted "how dare you question me". This is a prime example of poor customer relations and furthermore how nobody should be talked down to in any capacity let alone as a returning customer to this business. In ending this why we have choices of where to take our business and why a little humility and friendliness can go a long way. Be up front with people!!! and be fair! More
