My new Mercedes has a white leather steering wheel and white leather seats. The steering wheel was badly smudged with mechanics hands as well on side of drivers seat. I specifically asked for my vehicle to NOT be washed. I was very displeased that MB of Portland ran my vehicle through an atomatic car wash. As for Jesus, he did write "do not wash" on the work order I was very displeased that MB of Portland ran my vehicle through an atomatic car wash. As for Jesus, he did write "do not wash" on the work order. Obviously that wasn't enough to stop MB of Portland from ruining my ceramic coating. The reason I give Jesus 1 star is because he started questioning me if I really had my vehicle ceramic coated, as if I were lying. I am the customer who was wronged and I don't believe that I should be the one being questioned. The real question is, who is actually managing this place? More
