My service started 3+ hours after my appointment time after being told it would start in 'just a few minutes'. I was told my vehicle was ready even though the service wasn't complete, ended up having to after being told it would start in 'just a few minutes'. I was told my vehicle was ready even though the service wasn't complete, ended up having to wait over an hour for it. My car seats were removed and then not installed properly even though I was told to 'wait so the tech can put them back'. Probably my worst service experience since I've owned a car. Will likely never return. More
