Seamless First: the online appointment app is intuitive & easy. When I requested an additional "test drive" to check on the steering column, they called me ba First: the online appointment app is intuitive & easy. When I requested an additional "test drive" to check on the steering column, they called me back almost immediately to point out that the extra appointment time means I should schedule earlier in the day. Because they were so quick to get back to me, I could find another suitable time with ease. Second: The service, paperwork, and payment was friendly & quick. Finally: The shop manager himself took the test drive to determine if the feedback from the steering column was normal. He went over-and-above by simultaneously checking on a number of other things as well. (On a previous occasion, they fixed a screw that lodged in my tire for free). I also got a free tutorial on a number of features that weren't known to me. At least two of those features are going to be extremely helpful to me. More
