Andrew simplified the whole car-buying process by doing much of the legwork before I even arrived at the showroom. I told him the model and features I wanted and when I wanted it--all I had to do was show up, sign some paperwork and I was off. I'm so happy with my new car and completely blown away by the service that Mercedes Benz of Portland offers to its customers. Five stars across the board! More
