Great follow-up. We had multiple issues that needed to be resolved but two issues had us in dropping off our car twice, both for over a week. The one issue was not able to be resolved and our account handler made two follow-up calls to us. This had never happened over the ten plus years of taking our car to the dealership service center near us on the west side of the city.
