Dear Baba1234, I am truly sorry for the miscommunication. However, our job is to be as transparent as we can be when it comes to our transactions. Nikki did share the text message and during her conversation with you, we saw where the miscommunication occurred, in which she said “If I can get you this price, will you buy the vehicle”? And while you agreed, she still needed to check in with her manager to make the confirmation. But due to the repair costs to make this vehicle a CPO, the costs were higher than expected we could not sell for the offer you requested. For that we apologize for the miscommunication. We did however, have our General Sales Manager call you and explained the situation— and agreed to sell the car with the number that you requested and we had the vehicle ready, but you didn’t show up. We know that communication is key and in the end it’s your choice to buy the vehicle— we can never force anyone to buy any vehicle from us, but we try to give you the best possible price to make it reasonable for both parties.
