Unprofessional Sales experience Dealership is not professional. I had a deal for a car and submitted a credit app, then I was informed that car was sold out from under me...and they Dealership is not professional. I had a deal for a car and submitted a credit app, then I was informed that car was sold out from under me...and they pulled my credit!!! We had an agreed upon price and I asked if I needed to submit a deposit. They said I didn't have to, then I filled out the credit app. Two days, no response, and then I called and the car is sold. I was taken advantage of because I was trying to do an out of state deal. Which I have done many times before. Worst dealership experience. More

I came into Mercedes Benz of Portland with a preapproved loan and general idea of the car I wanted. Andrew had it ready on my arrival and took me on a test drive, taking care to answer all questions. Dale was able to provide a great financing alternative to my preapproved loan. Mylee and Andrew worked to make sure that I had a super warranty, realistic for my goals. We arrived early on a Saturday morning and were treated to coffee and Latte's. The car we drove to see was cleaned up and waiting, and exactly what we were looking for. Andrew had the car further detailed while we signed paperwork with Mylee (Who was also helpful and friendly with explanations of all our options) Nate Johnson-Grumm has been of assistance in helping us learn all the bells and whistles on this highly engineered and technical GLS. I heartily recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a new or used Mercedes. As we live 6 hours away, they will not be servicing our new car...we have a dealership an hour and a half from our home. More
