Laura was extremely receptive to my requests and I did not have to do the typical "let me check with my manager" waiting and haggling. I didn't quite understand who authorized the addition of "stuff" (like tire locks, door guards, etc.) that came to $1138 on the price menu but then, at my request, they were removed. Craig was easy to work with as well and made the tedious task of signing all of the papers as streamlined as possible. Excellent overall experience! More
