I went to see Frank about a lease vehicle, and he did everything possible to work on the price. After keeping in touch for about a week, I determined it was better to go with a used vehicle. Mercedes of pompano has a wonderful selection of new, and pre owned cars and i found the perfect one thanks to Franks help. I recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for high end service, and very reasonable prices. GO SEE FRANK if you want nothing but the most professional service. i can guarantee i will be back to see Frank every time i need another vehicle. More

After sale, Kurt was deceptive and did not want to speak with Credit Union about financing. This was a very bad experience for me. More

Philip has superior knowledge of the GLK equipment,value added packages and safety features. We also established excellent two-way communication in deciding which Mercedes we would be most comfortable in. Philip also delivered the GLK as promised and the GLK was immaculate. We were in the BMW family for over 10 years and after our experiences at Mercedes Benz of Pompano we are very pleased and planning on driving from Stuart to have the GLK serviced at Mercedes Benz of Pompano. I have been going to Mercedes of Pompano for years to get service for my old wagon. I always made my appointment with Marcia Mekinley. She has been ultra professional, courteous, and very honest at every v service for my old wagon. I always made my appointment with Marcia Mekinley. She has been ultra professional, courteous, and very honest at every visit and I value her opinion and expertise very much. When it came time to look into a new car (mine was a 2005), I turned to Marcia for her recommendation. She then put me in touch with Mark Sawyer. He was extremely patient and understanding. Purchasing a new car can be extremely overwhelming and confusing but he made sure I was absolutely never rushed or pressured. Instead I was offered many options and felt like Mr. Sawyer and the team at Mercedes was doing everything in their powers to work with me. It was a 4 day operation, but I finally got a new car. I believe that dealership surpasses most. Everyone there is very well educated in their products and their clients needs. I look forward to a lasting relationship with that dealership. Needless to say I will continue to get service there with Marcia and I highly recommend Mar Sawyer as a salesman. More
