Beyond the worst experience ever at any dealership or repair facility. Communication was nonexistent confusing, and misleading at times. I had a wonderful experience regarding the repairs of my vehicle, thanks to my service rep Anja. My extended warranty with car shield provided terrible service with regards to my contract but the service r vehicle, thanks to my service rep Anja. My extended warranty with car shield provided terrible service with regards to my contract but the service rep from Mercedes, Anja went beyond to assist me with getting the issue taken care of. My vehicle sat there for 5 months no fault of Mercedes. However, Anja ensured that I was kept abreast and returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. Anja was very attentive and made a horrible situation a little easier to bare. My service experience was excellent at Mercedes Benz of Pompano. Sorry I can't say the same for car shield. Thank you Mercedes. Thank you very much Anja. More
Never by a car from these sharks! This was my worst experience ever at a Mercedes-Benz dealership. I pointed out obvious safety concerns with the vehicle and attempted to negotiate on the price. I got the obnoxious Auto Nation fixed price speech, and then a mouthful of attitude from the sales manager saying its a 20k used car not an 80k new car so what do you expect! They kept me standing around waiting for hours trying to wear me down and buy their xxx car. What I do expect is to not be treated like a second class citizen because I can't afford an 80k car, and make a responsible good faith effort to sell me a safe vehicle at a fair price which they will not do. This dealership has a take it or leave it attitude and makes no effort to value their customers. So I left it...nobody should have to be treated with such disrespect! So I drove down to Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables where I found the same model and color scheme but with more options, lower miles and a year newer for $1800 less. Not to mention that the car was a one owner and in flawless condition. They even gave me a MB ballcap and keychain while we did the paperwork. I was treated like a first class customer and the entire transaction took less that 2 hours. I left driving away knowing I will never go back to Mercedes-Benz of Pompano. I wouldn't even trust those clowns to put air in my tires. More

Made an appointment to get my car service today, was told that would take 1 1/2 and ended up being 3 hours and rep was not very nice. Get home to find that one of my tires have a nail, why would the rep se that would take 1 1/2 and ended up being 3 hours and rep was not very nice. Get home to find that one of my tires have a nail, why would the rep see that? Had to return to the dealer to fix the tire, that's not acceptable at all. I am writing this review to share the wonderful experience I had with MB of Pompano & especially Keith, my sales associate. It was an extremely easy and fast transaction. Communication and response experience I had with MB of Pompano & especially Keith, my sales associate. It was an extremely easy and fast transaction. Communication and response from Keith and his team was timely and immediate. The finance department made the transaction smooth and seamless. Keith was attentive and beyond helpful with every detail. I absolutely suggest this dealership and highly recommend seeing Keith for the attention that makes purchasing a car positive and memorable. More
AutoNation Mercedes on Copans Road is the worst Mercedes dealership I've ever had to deal with in my life. The service dept. is horrible, they've damaged my car while in for repairs, the AutoNation in Marga dealership I've ever had to deal with in my life. The service dept. is horrible, they've damaged my car while in for repairs, the AutoNation in Margate is horrible, they've damaged my car and it has taken them 8 months to finish my car that was a 3 thousand dollar insurance claim. From the G.M. Michael Lucia, to the service mgr. Todd Banks, to the paint and collision rep at the Copan's location Gus Germi, to Omar Heridia and the G.M. at the collision center Rene Estevez. Gus Germi is a liar, Michael Lucia is a piece of trash and his little manager robot Todd Banks are all crap.. They had more work to do to finish the claim from back in April, and they had no loaner so they told me to get the nicest vehicle from Enterprise rental and Mercedes would reimburse me. I kept the rental much less than the time they had my car, as I have others to drive and now they won't pay for the rental they authorized me to get. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, post a negative review where ever I can, and I now have a lawyer involved. I will not stop reaching out to higher up people that are qualified to make an adult decision. This company has horrible business morals and ethics and they lie! I've only begun my journey to discredit them as a reputable dealership as far as service and paint/collision. And I've already sent two buyers to a different Mercedes dealer and they made their purchase there. My words are loud and clear and respected in the performance/luxury car industry. I will cause them to lose 1000 fold the 1,200.00 +- dollars they owe me. Get ready AutoNation! Update. After filing a complaint with Corporate, Magically 773.73 was paid to Enterprise Rental, thus a credit back on my American Express. You still owe me 450.89. You can pay that amount to me or Enterprise so they can credit my American Express. Let's not forget the damage to my drivers side fender when you tried to deliver it as a completed job and I refused delivery and you guys took 5 more days to do so. I received no loaner or rental for those 5 days as well, and this was damage done while in your care and possession. Wake up and do what's right. Pay the 450.89. I will not disappear. Corporate has been called again. I'm waiting on your crappy dealership to do what's right. Let's also not forget Gus Germi and Todd Banks authorized the Enterprise rental. Moral and ethics are at stake here. And I'm here to show your potential customers how you screw existing customers that have spent thousands and thousands with you and used to trust you. More
