I arrived for my third prepaid Maintenance appointment only to be told that I was no longer eligible as my Maintenance agreement had expired. The agreement shows that it ends 10/25/21. It was explained by a representative at the dealer that i needed to perform the maintenance every 12 months, despite being told by the salesman that I had 3 years and could do the maintenance anytime during that period. The car has 31243 miles and will be 10 years old in November. The agreement clearly shows a three year term from the date of purchase. I'd say the document was misleading as was the sales person who sold it to me. I've dealt with Mercedes dealerships in Florida since 1987. I ended up paying for the same service twice. I'm hardly a satisfied customer and to add insult to injury, I discovered a scratch on the passenger back door when I got home. Very unsatisfactory visit. This review in no way is a reflection on my service consultant Armando Ramos. His service was the best. My review is in regard to the Prepaid Maintenance Coverage. More
Very poor services for waiting customers, No place to work for 2-3 hours, no food items! Clearly focusing on reducing costs at the waiting customer expense. Mercedes service has extremely deteriorated since COVID. I have taken my car in 3 times now for the same problem and it's still not fixed. You can't get the service director to answer your calls.
