I purchased a used 2019 Mercedes-Benz E 53 AMG on 3/21/22. At the time of delivery the dealer only had 1 keyless transmitter. I was told by the salesperson that another would be ordered. It's now 3/21/22. At the time of delivery the dealer only had 1 keyless transmitter. I was told by the salesperson that another would be ordered. It's now almost 5 months and I still do not have the 2nd key and the salesperson does not even respond to my emails. Horrible experience - stay away. More

I dropped off my car to repair the up and down window switch, When I picked it up that was fixed but the side door was damaged and dented in . Another time I went to pick up my car after a service and they gave my car to another client. I had to wait for the stranger who left in my car to bring it back to the lot .. truly unacceptable More
